Furthermore, an invoice will be mailed to you if you do not make payment immediately after completing this form. In that case, an invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of this delegate registration form, and payment will be due within 7 (seven) days from the invoice date, unless you request a later payment date and the AFSA Conference Team approves it. The individual submitting this registration confirms they are authorised to act on behalf of the invoiced company and will be responsible for payment as outlined by the AFSA International Aluminium Conference. The Delegate further understands that payment received in relation to this registration is NON-REFUNDABLE; however, an alternative delegate(s) will be accepted.
